What is a Role?

A Role defines a set of permissions that control what a user can view and perform within DTShop.

Instead of assigning permissions individually to each user, roles allow you to:

  • Standardize access control
  • Simplify user management
  • Ensure consistent security policies

What is a User?

A user is an individual account within your organization that can access DTShop.

Each user:

  • Is assigned a role
  • Inherits permissions from that role
  • Can only access features allowed by their assigned permissions

Accessing User Management

  1. Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar
  2. Click Access Control

You will see:

  • Users List (all users in your organization)
  • Roles Management options
