How to Update Your Address Details

With our latest enhancement, you can now update your address directly from your account — no need to contact customer service! This guide walks you through how to use this new feature, what you can and cannot change, and how we ensure your updates are secure and synchronized in real-time.

✏️ Editable Address Fields
You can now update the following parts of your address through your profile:

• Address Line (e.g., Street address)
• City
• Zip Code

These fields are fully editable at your convenience.

🚫 Non-Editable Field
For compliance with contracting and tax policies, the following field cannot be changed:

• Country

If your country of residence has changed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

🔄 Real-Time Sync with DVS Admin

• All address changes are synchronized instantly with our internal DVS Admin system.
• This ensures consistency and accuracy across all systems.

Validation and Data Integrity

To maintain high-quality and secure data:

• Fields are validated (e.g., required fields, correct formats).
• Invalid or incomplete entries will trigger error messages.
• Only valid addresses can be saved.

How to Update Your Address

• Log in to your account.
• Navigate to Settings page
• Locate the Company Address section and click Edit.
• Update the editable fields (Address Line, City, Zip Code).
• Click UPDATE.

Your updates will be applied immediately.
